The Second Webinar:Conducting Virtual Hearing in ICC Arbitration and Pitfalls in Virtual Hearing
In this second Webinar of 2020 Arbitration Webinar Series in Japan, we will present a panel discussion on tips and pitfalls that the arbitration practitioners and users should be aware when conducting a Virtual Hearing, which becoming popular under COVID-19. We will be joined by arbitration practitioners who have actually handled virtual hearings. In addition, one of the authors of the JIDRC’s protocol on virtual hearing will introduce the protocol during the panel discussion.
